Your 30 night Comfort Warranty:

It is important to us that you are totally happy with your new bed and if in the 30 nights after delivery you are not satisfied, we will alter the mattress to your preferred comfort level by making the mattress either softer or firmer at no charge. When buying a new mattress please accept that it does take several nights to get used to sleeping on your new bed. We expect that you would be getting a better level of support than from your old mattress and this may take a little getting used to. The 30 nights warranty ONLY applies to comfort and not size and is applicable only to mattress and bases but not to furniture and accessories.We will alter your mattress once only in the 30 day warranty period.
